Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or buy now pay later. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

 

Buy Now Pay Later:

 

We do offer a buy now pay later option for some of our products.

When using this option you are able to make an order without being charged on the date of ordering. You will only be charged after the trial has ended.

Once you receive the order the twelve day trial will start.

We allow five days for delivery to be made (to you), two days for you to inspect the product(s) making sure you are satisfied with your order and another five days for the return of the item(s).

We encourage you to return the items within two days to allow for any delays in delivery not to affect the trial. If we do not receive the items within twelve day trial, payment will automatically be charged from the credit/debit card given upon ordering.

Please ensure that a creditable amount is available on the account for payment to be made.

If you are happy with the item(s) there's nothing you have to do further. We will charge the credit/debit card on our system after the trial period.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase and would like to return the item(s) it/they will need to be sent within twelve days after making the order

When returning any of the item(s) they must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

There is a limit of two available items per order and we will only accept two separate orders from the same credit/debit card or to the same address after the first purchase has been paid.
